Our experience both as consultants and former industry leaders, allows us to understand the challenges of managing an operation and a business.
At the outset, while keeping in mind our client’s desired outcomes, we recognize and respect the significance of an organization’s existing culture, its team dynamics and readiness for change. From there, we develop a road map together, tailoring process improvements and solutions to business challenges that our clients know can be successfully implemented and sustained. As the plan unfolds, individual leaders or teams can be effectively coached and mentored as required.
We work with our clients to address their challenges and business imperatives, at their pace, within their culture, bringing a much-needed sense of order to what can feel to them as a chaotic work environment.
We’re honest with our clients about what we can and cannot deliver. We’ll never step into a project that we aren’t able to deliver on. When we engage with you, you’ll find us dedicated and passionate business partners, driven solely by our true desires to deliver success – for you.
OUR CLIENTS
Sustainable change is difficult to achieve. Many have tried, many have failed. Our clients engage us because they have recognized that in reality implementing change by themselves has often been a painful and ineffective experience and they have realized the benefit of having outside perspective and expertise.
Our uniqueness lies in our ability to compress the clutter of complex organizational change initiatives into practical and achievable plans that can be effectively implemented.

BROAD EXPERIENCE
Seaspan Victoria Shipyards has worked with Maximus Enterprise Ltd. for over 18-months on a variety of projects including executive coaching, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives within our business. I have found Maximus to be very collaborative and quick studies. Their broad experience base allows them to quickly identity the root of the issues and they are at ease in dealing with all levels of our organization. Tony and Barb have a philosophy that the business needs to own the process. This mindset helps ensure that the solutions are lasting and sustainable without their continued involvement.

LASTING IMPROVEMENT
I have had the great pleasure of working with both Barb and Tony on various projects during my career. Barb facilitated data collection and process improvement initiatives in human resource data collection, reporting and processes, which ultimately led to automation and greater efficiency in those areas. Her ability to engage end-users by asking probing questions and listening deeply, combined with her ability to simplify complexity helped us to get to the root of issues and create solutions that users could accept and sustain. Tony’s greatest influence at Seaspan was his relentless focus on process improvement, lean processes and operational efficiency. His influence was felt across the shipyard operations where he leveraged his knowledge of process analysis and operations, employee engagement and change management to create winning business cases for change and capital investment. His legacy was a change in culture that embraced continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

VERY WELL COMPOSED
We have enjoyed working with Maximus Consulting. From the start, their knowledge helped direct the construction of our project, with development of questions to appropriately evaluate the goals of our project. The formulation of a detailed report developed from our data was very well composed, easy to view, and thorough. We would not hesitate to involve Maximus in future projects.

ON TRACK AND ON TIME
I had the privilege of working with Barb on four major projects within Fraser Health over the past three years and I was very impressed with her project management skills. From facilitating Prosci workshops for large groups of staff in an organization constantly dealing with change to keeping a very complicated project on time and in check, staying on top of the multitude of documents and keeping them updated was no easy task throughout the tenure of these projects we heavily relied on Barb and trusted her to keep us on track and on time and she certainly delivered. For any organization looking for end to end service in Project Management, I would highly recommend Maximus.

POSITIVE INFLUENCE
Our organization engaged Barb on what felt like an overwhelming task, with “management-of-change” complexities. Barb’s energy and positive influence in involving and guiding our various stakeholders enabled us to recognize value in many of our “as-is” approaches/processes, which facilitated buy-in. I have complete confidence in the effectiveness of Barb and Maximus.
